Bihar Technical Service Commission invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Food Analyst

Essential Qualification: 

  • Masters Degree in Chemistry or Bio Chemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition from a University established by Law in India or Bachelor of Technology in Dairy / Oil or Degree in Veterinary Science or Food Analyst Section by Institution of Chemists (India) An Associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by passing an examination conducted by the Central Government, or any other equivalent qualification recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purpose.

  • It will be mandatory to pass the Food Analysts examination conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, New Delhi.

Essential Work Experience: Experience of food analyst for at least three years.
