Application Summary
Centre of Biomedical Research invites applications for the following post via Direct recruitment:
Post Name: Research Associate-I/Senior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification:
RA:PhD or equivalent degree in Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed journal.
SRF: Post graduate degree in Chemistry selected through a process described through any one of the following.
A. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIRUGC NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
B. The Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
Essential Work Experience: With two years of research experience.
Desirable Experience:
RA: PhD in Chemistry (Organic Synthesis), Experience in multistep asymmetric total synthesis will be preferred.
SRF: MSc in Chemistry with two years or more experience in research and development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or submitted PhD thesis in (organic) chemistry, but not awarded degree.
