a) Graduate from a recognized University/Institution in any discipline.

b) Working knowledge of Computer operation.

c) Typing speed of 35 wpm in English on computer

Desirable: Typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi 

Absorption:

Officers of the Central/State Government:

a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis

OR

(ii)With at least 4 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in scale of Level 4 of Pay Matrix 25500-81100

b) Possessing the qualifications and experience prescribed for Direct Recruitment
