Post Name : Senior Facility Manager
Essential Qualification :
(1) Full Time Graduate Degree in any discipline with not less than 60% marks
(2) Full time Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mech. Engineering with not less than 60% marks
(3) Preference would be given to Graduate Engineers.
Essential Work Experience :
(1) Minimum Nine (09) years of experience in facilities management of commercial properties.
(2) Minimum Fifteen Years (15) years of experience in facilities management of commercial properties.
Post Name : Commercial Leasing Manager
Essential Qualification : Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks /Full time B. Arch degree with not less than 60% marks & MBA/PGDBM degree with not less than 75% marks
Essential Work Experience : Minimum Five years of experience in following areas:
(1) Leasing of office space to the Multinational /Corporate houses
(2) Leasing projections and revenue generations for effective target achievement
(3) Planning and implementation of leasing and customer retention and development.
(4) Managing and expanding broker/consultant network for effective leasing.
(5) Building tenant relationship & implement customer service programme to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
(6) Ensuring compliance of leasing regulations standard
Post Name : Customer Relationship Manager
Essential Qualification : Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering degree with not less than 60% marks Full time B. Arch degree with not less than 60% marks
(2) MBA/PGDBM degree with not less than 75% marks
Essential Work Experience : Minimum Five years of experience in
following areas:
(1) Managing Clients who has entered into an LOI/MOU
(2) Follow up with client for agreements and documentation.
(3) Handing over and taking possession of premises as per the Agreement conditions
(4) Maintenance of copies of all agreements for managing the obligations of each stakeholder
(5) Making relevant Entries in Sales Force or similar CRM software.
(6) Coordination with internal departments for handing over/taking over of possession to/from Clients as per possession conditions stipulated in the Agreements etc.
