Essential Qualification:
(i) M.B.A / P.G in Human Resources or Social Science Management.
(ii) Work experience of 3 - 5 years in startup ecosystems, especially in incubators or educational institutes.
(iii) Experience of running MDP (Management Development Program) for corporates, executives, Professionals and Startups.
(iv) Hands on experience in end-to-end management of the program i.e., program management, marketing activities, onboarding of participants / speaker / Industry expert, all other administrative requirements, etc.
(v) Fluent in spoken and written English.
(vi) Strong network with various government agencies and corporates and ability to build strategic partnerships.
