Essential Qualification:
Graduate retired officer of Government / Autonomous bodies possessing 15 years of experience in budget/ accounts/ audit related work at the level of Section Officer and above. Preference will be given to persons in possession of a B Com degree and having undergone training in Cash and Accounts.
Vetting and evaluation of draft tenders for procurement of goods & services in light of GFR/ Procurement Manuals of Government of India
Applicant should possess practical knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
