Post Name : Consultant (Learning and Development)

Essential Qualification : MBA or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc. with Good Academic background.

Essential Work Experience : Atleast 15 years of experience in Banking as Officer with atleast 5 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development / Training at senior level.

(1) Proven experience in the designated field, with a focus on expertise and best practices.

 (2) Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.

(3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

(4) Ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
