  • ME/ M.Tech in Electronics and Communication/ Instrumentation/ VLSI design / Applied Electronics with 1st Division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level

  • M.Sc or Equivalent in Physics/BE or B.Tech in Material Science with 1st Division with valid NET/ GATE qualification OR

  • ME/ M.Tech in Material Science with 1st Division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level
