Post Name : Section Officer

Essential Qualification :

(A) Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations :

(1) Holding analogous posts on regular posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(2) With five years regular service in the level 6 (35400-1124001-) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department

(B) Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute

Essential Work Experience : Two years experience in accounts, administration, vigilance, establishment work in Government Office or Public Section Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body.

 

Post Name : Upper Division Clerk

Essential Qualification : Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognized Research Institution :

(i) Holding Analogous posts on regular basis;

(ii) with eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent

Desirable :  

(i) Candidates having minimum experience with 5 years in Cash & Accounts Section and knowledge in Public Financial Management System are desirable.

(ii) Candidates having work experience from Pay be given preference for the said posts.

(iii) Accounts Office would Having undergone training in Cash & Accounts by ISTM.
