Post Name: Legal Consultant

Essential Qualification:

1. Retired officer of the level 11, 12 or equivalent level in Ministries /Departments /attached /subordinate offices of Govt. of India/ autonomous bodies administered by Govt. of India

2. Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognized University

Essential Work Experience: Having sufficient experience (at least 3 years) of handling court cases in Govt of lndia offices/ autonomous bodies administered by Govt. of lndia

Desirable: He/ She should have effective communication and inter-personal skills with flair for in depth examination with specific focus on court cases, thus, assisting the Department in filing of replies, preparation of para-wise comments counter affidavits and other related issues
