Essential Qualification:

• Degree in Low or equivalent, regular, from a recognized Notional University / Institution.

• Twelve years executive experience in a legal wing / establishment of on Industrial /commercial / Govt. undertaking OR

• Twelve years standing practice as on Advocate in any Court of Low including High Court OR 10 years experience as Judicial Officer OR

• combined experience of 12 years in a legal establishment of on Industrious / commercial /

• Government Undertaking and

• Standing practice as on Advocate in any Court of Low including High Court and os judicial officer.

• Proven Track record in Contract Negotiation and drifting.

Desirable:

• Post Graduate degree in Corporate Maritime institution Low from a recognized Notional University

• Experience/ in Port / Shipping Sector / infrastructure.

Post Name: Legal Assistant

Essential Qualification:

• Degree in Low or equivalent, regular, from a recognized Notional University / Institution.

• Five years experience in dealing with Legal Mallets, Disciplinary Matters and Establishment Matters including handling departmental Court Cases both at Local Courts and of High Courts

• Experience in Legal documentation (preparing Counters, Affidavits and other related molters).

• Proven Track record in Control Negotiation and drafting.

Desirable:

• Post Graduate degree in low from a recognized university.

• Diploma or 03 Months Certificate Course in computer Applications from o recognized

institute.
