Post Name: General Manager (Planning and Business Development)

Essential Qualification: Must be a graduate from a recognized University/Institute with a MBA degree with specialization in Marketing/Finance. The candidate should have minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Business Development/Property Development in Urban Transport sector. An experience in Metro Rail projects/undertaking similar kind of large scale infrastructure development projects and managing a large portfolio of developed properties will be a desirable attribute. The responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the extensive Property Development program of CMRL, so as to maximize the non-fare revenue innovatively from property development. He will also be responsible for planning Mass Transit Infrastructure till the stage of approval cum funding.

Post Name: Joint General Manager (Finance and Accounts)

Essential Qualification: Must be a Graduate from a reputed Institute/ University, approved by AICTE/ UGC and a qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) with minimum of 15 years of post qualification experience. Must have exposure to MIS, Audit, Taxation (direct and indirect) and Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) and good at team handling. Candidate must have experience in corporate or audit from reputed organisations. Exposure to Metro Rail Industry shall be an added advantage.

Post Name: Deputy Manager (Corporate Affairs)

Essential Qualification:

1. Must possess B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics engineering from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC with dual specialisation in MBA (HR and/or Marketing). The candidate should have minimum 04 years of post qualification experience in HR & Marketing and should be well versed in IT / Ms.Office related skills.

2. He/she should provide support in preparation and compilation of various project documents and other technical documents/reports etc.

3. He/She should have experience in preparing presentations ,Management information and other reports with various datas that will be required for the management.

4. He/She should work as a technical tool between business development, planning and finance for evaluating and coordinating for various new business proposals.
