Post Name: Senior Consultant (Community Processes and Comprehensive Primary healthcare)
Essential Qualification:
Possess MBBS/BDS degree with either of the following Full time Post graduate degree or diploma.
i. MD/DNB in Community Medicine
ii. Masters in Public Health
iii. Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management (2 Years)
iv. Masters in Health Administration
v. Post Graduate Diploma in Health Administration (2 Years)
vi. MBA in Healthcare management
vii. Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (2 Years)
Have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in implementing and supporting community health and primary health care programmes
Essential Work Experience:
Experience in undertaking research, capacity building and working with health systems in the public health system
Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to use internet to for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents.
Excellent data analytical skills, documentation, communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Desirable:
Working knowledge of Hindi / other major regional language
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to carry out given task with minimal supervision
