Graduation degree from a University established by law in India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
Hindi typing (in Unicode on Inscript keyboard) at a speed of at least 25 words per minute and English typing at a speed of at least 30 words per minute
Hindi shorthand dictation at a minimum speed of 80 words per minute (Candidates will be declared successful on the basis of purity determined by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board)
It is necessary to have passed O level examination in Computer from the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT Society) (formerly Doyak Society) of the Government of India or any qualification recognized as equivalent by the Government
