Essential Qualification : LLB from recognised institute/university
Essential Work Experience :
(i) Minimum 8 years’ experience in legal policy / legal practice
(ii) Membership of Bar Council of India
(iii) At least one legal research paper published in a peer-reviewed law journal
(iv) At least three legal policy commentaries/briefs/reviews published by law journals, media, policy research organisations and industry associations
(v) Any degree/diploma/certificate in Cyber Law or Information Technology from a recognised
(vi) institute/universityTotal experience in legal policy / legal practice of over 10 years
Post Name : Legal Consultant
