ICAR Central Research Institute for Jute and Allied Fibres invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Senior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: Master degree in Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/Biotechnology with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having Post- graduate degree in Microbiology/Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification and 2 years of research experience.
Essential Work Experience: 2 years of research experience.
Desirable:1.Experience in handling microbes, enzyme assay, and large scale multiplication of microbes.
2.Experience in molecular work related to microbial communities.
3.Knowledge in computer application, data entry, analysis; interpretation of results, report writing.
4.Candidates who have completed the PhD course work in Universities having MoU with ICAR-CRIJAF and are desirous to pursue doctoral studies are encouraged to apply.
