Essential qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University
Essential Work Experience : (i) Fifteen years experience in the field of Investigation or Planning or Design or Execution or Operation and Maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects or Environment or Administration or Management; or
(ii) Fifteen years experience in the preparation of Master Plans or Comprehensive Plans for Flood Management or River Training Works or General Administration.
