National Health Systems Resource Centre invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Consultant (Community Processes)

Essential Qualification:

  1. MBBS/BDS with a Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Community Medicine/Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Administration/ Health Management.

  2. Have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in implementation of community health programmes.

  3. Experience in direct implementation of health service delivery programmes through Government, NGOs or Development partners.

  4. Experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training.

  5. Excellent analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities.

  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Desirable:

  1. Experience of undertaking research and writing training modules on health

  2. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  3. Demonstrated experience in working with NGO led CPHC

  4. Health Worker programs/state-level public health programmes

  5. Working knowledge of computers, IT applications and IT tools for data analysis

  6. Working knowledge of Hindi /other major regional languages
