Essential Qualification: Bachelors degree in finance/commerce/economics/business management/Rural Management and/or any other relevant areas from recognized university / institutions

Essential Work Experience:

  1. Demonstrated technical expertise in design, implementation of program of development nature with atleast 3-5 years experience

  2. Good experience in dealing with operational aspects related to microfinance/ livelihood/microenterprises aligned developmental activities

  3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, professional maturity and business judgment
