Central Bank of India invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Director (R-SETI)
Essential Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a UGC recognized
Desirable: Officer with Rural development Background I.e. Agriculture Finance officer/Rural Development office/Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream of banking/Lead District Manager and faculty leaders Faculty Members of training Centers/College with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
Essential Work Experience:
Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officers Cadre.
He should have worked as branch manager in any scale in rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
Should be well conversant with local language
Should have retired from Scale III or Above
Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district

Essential Work Experience: Shall be a Graduate/Post-graduate degree viz MSW/MA in Rural development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc (Veterinary) B.Sc (Horticulture) B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/B.A with B.Ed etc.
Essential Work Experience:
Shall have a flair for teaching and process sound computer knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
