Post Name: Director (Finance)

Essential Qualification:

(A) Applicant from Govt. Organizations

(1) Should be Member of Group A Accounts Service of Government of India with overall 25 years of post - qualification experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Accounting, Audit, setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems.

(2) Officers should have worked at least for a period of 2 years in the level 14 of the 7th CPC or Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) (with Grade Pay of 10000 in Pay Band 4 of CDA Grade of 37400-67000 (pre-revised) or higher

(B) Applicant from PSUs

(1) Should be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or 2-year full time MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.

(2) Should have overall 25 years of post - qualification experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Accounting, Audit, setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems. Should have worked at least 5 years in GM level or higher and should have worked at least 2 years in the pay scale of 120000 – 280000 or 51300-73000 (Pre-revised IDA) or higher. For internal candidates, he/she should have worked at least 5 years in the GM level or above and drawing pay scale of 120000-280000 at least for a period of one year from the date of advertisement.

(C) Applicant from Private Sector

(1) Should be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or 2-year full time MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.

(2) Should have overall 25 years of post -qualification experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Accounting, Audit, setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems.

(3) Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs 1000 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs 200 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of companys Project size / turnover to be uploaded online along with experience proof.

(4) Should have worked at least 5 years out of total years of experience in GM level or level reporting directly to a Director on the Board i.e. one level below Board level for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable :

(1) Those with experience of at least 1 year at Director level will be preferred.

(2) Experience in handling HR, Planning & Business Development and raising capital from markets will be an added advantage.
