Post Name: Consultant (Defence/Non-Defence Business)

Essential Qualification: The candidate should possess BE/BTech degree in Electrical Engineering

Essential Work Experience: The candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in the following areas of work:

• The candidate should have R&D background with involvement in design, development, customer requirement analysis, involvement in customer trials with clients in defence/nondefence sectors

• Expertise in managing collaborative R&D projects covering MOUs, teaming agreements, NDAs, multi-site developments with R&D institutions like IITs, IIITs etc

• Capability to provide consultancy in steering projects from user requirements to customer acceptance

Desirable:

• Microwave component testing including knowledge on radar, antennas etc

• Familiarity with applicable mandatory standards of government like IEEE etc

• Knowledge of modern requirement of Indian defence forces with regard to digitization, C4I, UAV etc
