Post Name: Research Analyst

Essential Qualification:

• The candidate should have a good academic record, with at least a second-class Masters degree in Economics/ Econometrics/ Agricultural Economics/ Statistics/ Agricultural Statistics from an Indian University or equivalent degree from a foreign University.

• Proficiency in data processing/ analysis and computer skills. In particular, proficiency in software such MS-office, E-Views, Stata, R etc.

Post Name: Senior Research Analyst

Essential Qualification: In addition to the qualifications mentioned above for Research Analyst, a minimum of one- year experience in teaching/ research in Economics / Statistics/ Agricultural Economics in a recognized Institution or University is necessary. In particular, experience in organizing and conducting rural economic investigations/ surveys and handling primary and secondary data on agriculture or related subjects is preferred.

Desirable:

• M.Phil/Ph.D in Economics/Agricultural Economics

• Ability to draft research reports
