National Highways Authority of India invites applications for the following posts via Deputation

Post Name: Deputy General Manager (Legal)

Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University /Institute

Essential Work Experience: 9 Years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 ( 15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay 5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which 6 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

Post Name: Manager (Legal)

Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute

Essential Work Experience: 05 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters / arbitration / legislative matters / land acquisition.

Post Name: Hindi Officer

Essential Qualification:

i) Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level; OR

ii) Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level; OR

iii) Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at the degree level; OR

iv)Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the degree level. OR

v) Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level.

Essential Work Experience: Five years’ experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-a- versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature.

Desirable:

(i) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the English Schedule of the Constitution.

(ii)Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University.
