ICAR National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project Scientist-I

Essential Qualification: 

I. Doctoral Degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or

II. Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Plant Biotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable:

I. Experience in analyses of large set of multi-location and multiyear field data, high throughput SNP genotyping data and re-sequencing data.

II. Publications in high impact journals.

Post Name: Project Assistant

Essential Qualification: Graduation in Life Sciences/Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Computer/Information Technology.

Desirable: 

I. Experience of handling field data, familiar with softwares being used in field data analysis.

II. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/data handling.
