Post Name: Business Executive

Essential Qualification: 

• Officers under the Central or State Governments or Union Territories:

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

• With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level 5 in Pay Matrix as per the 7th Pay Commission recommendations [Pre- revised: Pay Band-1 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of 2,800/-] or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

• Bachelors degree from a recognized University or Institute.

• Two years experience in sales and distribution of publications, advertising and publicity in any Government Organisation or Government-funded publishing house.

Post Name: Sales Assistant

Essential Qualification: 

• Officers under the Central Government:

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the present cadre or department; or

• With five years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Posts in Level-4 (25500-81100) in the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department; OR

• With ten years of regular service in the Level-3 (27100-69100) in the pay matrix; and

• Bachelors degree in Commerce or Economics or Statistics from a recognized University

• Three years experience in a publishing house or with books-seller or in an organization under the Central Government or State Government dealing with the sale and distribution of publications and other publicity literature.
