Essential Qualification: The candidate should have retired from MeitYn{lclsTQc/Statutory and Autonomous Bodieq of MeitY/other Ministries or Depaftments. 1.2 The candidate who have retired from Scientific & Technical (S and T) post (Level-l0 and above) and holding Bachelor/Masters degree in relevant subjects like Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science is eligible as Consultant (Technical).

Essential Work Experience: Candidate should have at least 05 years of experience in PKI technology/lT Act/planning/skill development/monitoring of projects/schemes/programme, in the relevant areas of CCA like PKI and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Certifying Authority (CA)/Digital Signatures certificates operations/management, IoT, Electronics, Computer Science and lnformation Technology, etc.
