Essential Qualification : M.Tech/MSc.in Food Technology/Agricultural Process and Food Engineering/Food Engineering & Technology/Food Science and Technology with minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable : Expertise in extraction techniques and in-depth understanding of starch and protein properties.
