Post Name: Company Secretary
Essential Qualification:
Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary with Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Candidates with CA/ICMA and or Degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute/ Open and Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, will be preferred.
Essential Work Experience:
The candidate should have experience of independently handling matters such as organizing meetings of shareholders, Board of Directors and its Committees, presentation of Board Memoranda/Agenda.
Should also have adequate experience in dealing with the offices of Company Law Board, Registrar of Companies, RBI etc including statutory compliance under the Companies Act and other Corporate Laws.
Post qualification experience of 8 years and above.
Post qualification experience of 10 years and above.
