Essential Qualification:
- holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department: or
- with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
- Possessing five years experience in Finance or Budgeting or Accounts division of any Department or Organization.
