1. A Masters degree in Library Science, Archival Studies, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of at least 5 years in archival management, with a focus on higher education institutions or similar organisations.

3. Strong knowledge of archival principles, standards, and best practices.

4. Familiarity with digitisation techniques and technologies.

5. Excellent organisational and project management skills,

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Commitment to preserving and promoting the historical legacy of the College
