HLL Lifecare Limited invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Manager/Deputy Manager

Essential Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Ciivl) with ME / M.Tech (Construction Engineering & Management)

Essential Work Experience:

Minimum 2/5 years (for DM/Mgr.)relevant experience in construction management,out of which atleast 1 year experience in healthcare sector

(a) Experience in modern construction materials and construction equipment and inspecting the quality of construction material and selecting essential construction equipment required for the project.

(b) Sound knowledge in advanced construction techniques and processes and methods involved in modern construction methods.

(c) Knowledge in building information modelling and other designing software used for drawing plan of building.

(d) Calculating project duration and analysing and overcoming the reasons for delay in construction

(e) Expertise in construction planning, scheduling and project management and cost control. (f) Expertise in maintaining quality management system throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring project safety management.

(g) Checking and modifying plans, ensuring efficiency & safety throughout the construction process.
