Essential Qualification :

(1) Ph.D in Food Processing Engineering / Food Engineering & Technology / Food Engineering

(2) M.Tech in Food Processing Engineering / Food Engineering & Technology / Food Engineering with 3 years of research experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal

Desirable : Preference will be given to those who have experience in computational modelling and simulation in Food Engineering and Process Optimization
