Post Name: Project Lead

Essential Qualification:

1. Ph.D with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR

2. M.Tech / M.E or equivalent degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience, OR

3. B.Tech / B.E. / MA / M.Sc / MCA or equivalent degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience, in Science or Engineering or Technology in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Sciences Instrumentation Engineering, or related areas from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable: This is a leadership position involving effective overall management of the project through its completion. Lead the administrative aspects of the project and coordinate activities of the team members to achieve desired results. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and support efficient implementation of the project. Applicants should have sufficient experience in managing multi-institutional projects and experience in management/conducting courses/workshops/seminars for a large number of participants. The ability to work under pressure, and tight deadlines are also desired. Strong interpersonal communication and excellent oral presentation, preparation of reports and project related correspondence with all the stakeholders. Strong background in academic setups. Coordination with internal stakeholders of the institute Preference will be given to candidates with working experience relevant to the project.
