Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Trust invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment/Deputation/Absorption

Post Name: Senior Deputy Chief Medical Officer

Essential Qualification:

For Direct Recruitment:

(i) MBBS Degree from a recognised University.

(ii) A Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma(Medical Stream) in the specified speciality from a recognised University.

(iii) Post qualification experience of 10 years in the case of PG Degree holders and 12 years post qualification experience in the case of PG Diploma holders in a reputed hospital, in the field of specialisation.

For Deputation or Absorption:

(i) Officer holding analogous posts or holding the post of Deputy Chief Medical Officer or Deputy CMO (General Duty) with Post graduate qualification in the relevant fields in Medical Department in the scale of Rs 60000-180000 with 3 years regular service in the grade in a Major Port.

(ii) Trust or Deputy Chief Medical Officer/Deputy Chief Medical Officer (General Duty) with Post Graduate qualification in the relevant field with 2 years regular service in the grade and a combined regular service of 7 years in the Scale of pay of Rs 50000-160000 (Pre-revised Rs 10750-16750) and 60000-180000/- in Medical Department in a Major Port Trust will be eligible.
