Sports Authority of India invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Doctor

Essential Qualification:

A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956)

Essential Work Experience:

1. 2 marks will be awarded for every completed 1 year of work experience as a medical practitioner up to a maximum of 10 marks

2. Additional 2 marks will be awarded for every completed 1 year of work experience as a medical practitioner at a recognized State level / National level sports organization (Govt. or Private) working with teams/players up to a maximum of 10 marks.
