Essential Qualification:The candidates should have done ITI courses. Candidates should have the experience of making large structures using meta/wood models. Also, they should have some experience in working at an organization focussing on hands-on learning in school education. The candidates who don’t meet the above qualifications need not apply. Candidates selected for the post would be responsible for managing and mentoring graduates from ITI colleges.
Desirable: Candidates who are comfortable working with CAD tools (such as CoralDraw, AutoCAD), laser cutter and 3D printer would be preferred. Also, familiarity with carpentry tools, black smith tools and lathe machines are preferable. An experience of conducting workshops with teachers and students based on these hands-on activities is also a desirable qualification for the job
