Savitribai Phule Pune University invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: MSc/MTech in Atmospheric Science/Meteorology OR MSc Space Physics OR MSc Physics with specialization in Atmospheric science/meteorology/space physics or related subject with minimum 55% marks or 3.5 GPA on 6 point grade or 5.5 GPA on a 10 point grade system and CSIR-NET (JRF or LS)/GATE Score. Non-NET/GATE candidate also apply and if found suitable, emoluments will be given as per the DST SERB guidelines.
Essential Work Experience: The applicant should have strong analytical skills to work with large and complex datasets, a good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Matlab/Python etc.
