Bachelors degree in Business Administration ( BBA) or a related field.
Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge or interest in technology and innovation is a plus
Essential Work Experience:
Minimum 3 Year Experience as a secretary
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, ideally in a technology or innovation-oriented environment.
