Post Name: Senior Research Analyst

Essential Qualification: 

• The candidate should have a good academic record, with at least a second-class Masters degree in Economics/ Econometrics/ Agricultural Economics/ Statistics/ Agricultural Statistics from an Indian University or equivalent degree from a foreign University.

• Proficiency in data processing/analysis and computer skills. In particular, proficiency in software such MS-office, E-Views, Stata, R etc.

Essential Work Experience: A minimum of one-year experience in teaching/ research in Economics / Statistics/ Agricultural Economics in a recognized Institution or University is necessary. In particular, experience in organizing and conducting rural economic investigations/ surveys and handling primary and secondary data on agriculture or related subjects is preferred.

Desirable: 

• M Phil/PhD in Economics/Agricultural Economics.

• Ability to draft research reports.
