Essential Qualification:

  1. Degree in Law (regular form a recognized University of equivalent.

  2. Should be qualified legal Practitioner having practised for a Period of at least four years post qualification.

Essential Work Experience: Experience in respect of court matters in a state/Central Govt Deptt. or UT Administration related to service cases and commercial Contracts (Such as vendor agreements Business Alliance Partner Agreements NDAs, Statement of work ,Date Transer Agreement etc.)

Place of Interview: NIELIT Ropar office and Chandigarh Locations.
