ICMR National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Consultant (Procurement)

Essential Qualification:

1. Retired from Central/ State Govt./ Institutes/ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ Department employees, having more than 15 years of experience in procurement goods/ services and stores management related work in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (Pay Level 7 as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or above (but not more than Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-, Level-11 as per 7th CPC) in Central Government departments /Institutes/ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs Departments /Institution/ organisations and

2. should have at least three years Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

Desirable:

1. Sound knowledge of General Financial Rules, 2017 and Manual of Procurement of goods/services.

2. Knowledge of procurement of goods/services through GEM/CPP portal.

3. Knowledge of inventory management/store management • Knowledge of condemnation/auction of unserviceable/scrap/obsolete goods/equipments.

4. Knowledge of TDS/GST related work.

5. Knowledge of administration/establishment related work.

6. Good Knowledge of computer applications (MS-Word/PPT/Excel) etc.

7. Good command over English/Hindi language.

8. Should be well conversant with e-office working system.

9. Should be able to work independently
