Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
With three years of regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix; and
Possessing a Bachelo/s degree in civil Engineering and three years of experience construction / design / maintenance, in civil and Technical / lndustrial structures.
