Post Name: Chief Operating Officer

Essential Qualification: Any Postgraduate with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience: The minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant field preferably in Start- up Incubation Ecosystem, or administration in the educational institution having incubator with experience in General management, regulatory matters, Finance

etc.

Desirable:

  1. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  2. Communication skills, written/Verbal

  3. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines keep information confidential

  4. An organized team player who can build positive relations with colleagues, clients and visitors

Post Name: Incubation Manager

Essential Qualification: Any Postgraduate (Preferably MBA or PGDM) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience: The minimum 1 year in Start-up Incubation Ecosystem, or relevant experience in the educational institution, along with minimum 2 years industry/academia experience in general management, HR, regulatory matters, etc.

Desirable:

  1. Candidate should have good knowledge about entrepreneurial ecosystem of Indian and global start-ups, Entrepreneurship research/ project work would be and advantage.

  2. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc,)

  3. Communication skills, written/Verbal

  4. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines keep information confidential

  5. Ability to coordinate/ manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be forward thinker

 

Post Name: Incubation Associate

Essential Qualification: Any Postgraduate (Preferably MBA or PGDM) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience: The minimum with 2 years of work experience in educational institute /Start-up Ecosystem/ NGO or any other organization.

Desirable:

  1. Proficient computer skills such as MS office and email etiquette.

  2. Be organised and well-versed in multitasking Initiate, Plan, Monitor, Execute and

close the incubator task.
