Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  • Masters Degree in the Agri Business Management/Rural Development/ Agricultural Economics/Agriculture Extension /Business Administration/ Horticulture/Agronomy/Post Harvest Technology/Agronomy with 04 years/05 years of Bachelors degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 03 years Bachelors degree and 02 years Masters degree should have NET qualification

  • Masters Degree in Agronomy/ soil science/ Hort/ Plant Breeding//Agrl. Engg. /Agr Extension/ Agr Economics/Entomology/Pathology with 4 years B.Sc. Ag. Degree.

Desirable:

  • Experience in conducting the field experiments, data recording and Statistical analysis, computer knowledge, motorcycle driving.

  • Two (02) years of working experience on technology upscaling, agribusiness development, enterpreneurship development, Promotion of agribased start-ups.

Recruitment Details

ICAR Research Complex for Eastern Region invites application for various posts. Total 2 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number E- 3/2022-23. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability and Women will be as per the government rules. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, 834002.
