Essential Qualification :
(1) Minimum 10th pass
(2) Mining Mate Certificate of Competency
(3) Proficient in deep hole blasting techniques.
(4) Strong knowledge of mechanized mining operations.
(5) Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
(6) Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Essential Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in deep hole blasting, especially in highly mechanized mines
