Result Notice No. CBSE/Rectt.Cell/14(85)/DR/2020/4063 dated 31.05.2021 for the Post of Senior Assistant

Result has been Declared on 21/09/2022 for Junior Assistant Post by Central Board of Secondary Education. Accordingly, the recruiting agency has provided the list of following 52 provisionally shortlisted candidates from reserve panel for the post of Junior Assistant against the candidates whose candidature was cancelled.

Re-Document Verification date has been Released for Junior Assistant by Central Board of Secondary Education on 06/10/2022. Document Verification will be held on 12/10/2022.

Absentee Candidates List has been Released on 24/10/2022 in Document Verification for Junior Assistant Post by CBSE. The candidates from reserve panel provisionally selected for the post were asked to present before various Document Verification Committees on the dates mentioned against each and were failed to present on both occasions. Candidature Cancellation List for the Post of Senior Assistant has been released by CBSE.

Result has been Released for the Post of Stenographer by CBSE on 28/10/2022.

The enclosed 09 candidates have been refused/failed to join at their respective place of posting within a stipulated time i.e 31/10/2022 (even after multiple extensions on 01/09/2022 and 12/10/2022). Accordingly, the candidature of annexed candidates for the said post stands cancelled and no further communication shall be entertained in this regard.

Result has been declared on 11/11/2022 for the post of Junior Assistant from reserve Panel. Document Verification will be held on 16/11/2022 in Ground Floor, CBSE HQ, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092.

This is with reference to the Result Notice No:CBSE/Rectt.Cell/ 14(85)/DR/2020/2411 dated: 22.03.2021 through which the list of provisionally eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Secretary (IT) was declared subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria stipulated in recruitment rules.Further, during the course of scrutiny of documents of following 03 candidates, it was noticed that these candidates were not possessing essential qualifications or experience for the post of Assistant Secretary (IT).

This is in continuation to Result Notice No: CBSE/Rectt. Cell/1 4(85)/DR/2020/4063 dated: 31.05.2021 and Result Notice No: CBSE/Rectt. Cell/14(85)/DR/2022/1855310 dated: 21.09.2022 through which the list of provisionally eligible candidates from main panel and reserve panel provided by the recruiting agency for the post of Junior Assistant was declared and offer of appointments were issued them along with their place of posting.the following 04 candidates have withdrawn their candidature for the post of Junior Assistant.

This is with reference to the Result Notice No: CBSE/Rectt.Cell/14(85)/DR/2020/1855310 dated 21/09/2022 declaring the result of 52 candidates, who were provisionally eligible for the post of Junior Assistant. Subsequently, after scrutiny of their documents, 31 offer of appointments were issued to provisionally eligible candidates.Out of these 31 candidates, 4 candidates have refused/failed to join at their respective place of posting even after the extended period of joining i.e. 30/11/2022.

The Candidate Ms. Talati Akanksha Hemat was provisionally shortlisted for the post of Accountant and Callled for Document verification on 28/07/2022.The Document Verification Committee during scrutiny of her documents on 28/07/2022 has found/recommended Ms. Talati Akanksha Hemat as Not Eligible as she was not fulfilling the essential eligibility criteria for the said post as per Recruitment Rules as laid down in the advertisement dated 15/11/2019.For more details refer to Advertisement Attachment.

Due to some administrative reason candidature has been cancelled for Junior Assistant Post on 08/02/2023 by CBSE.For more details refer to Candidature Cancellation Notice attachment.

Since, both the panels i.e Main and Reserve for the post of Accountant have been exhausted and no candidate is found eligible in terms of Recruitment Rules for the said post. Therefore, the recruitment process for the post of Accountant (Post Code 7/19) has been concluded.

Shortlisted Candidates List has been Released on 10/07/2023 for Document Verification for Junior Assistant Post from Reserve Panel by CBSE. Document Verification will be held on 19/07/2023 at 4th Floor, CBSE HQ, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092.
