Holding analogous post in Pay Band-4 (37400-67000) with Grade pay of 8700 on regular basis
With five years regular service in the posts Pay Band-3 (15600-39100) with Grade Pay of 7600 or equivalent
Bachelor Degree in any subject from a recognized University with 15 years of administrative/ academic/ managerial experience
