Essential Qualification:
The candidate must have PhD in Biological Sciences. PhD thesis submitted is also eligible for RAship. Selection in such cases will be subject to the condition that PhD viva-voce done & declared qualified for award of PhD/ awarded PhD degree before the expiry of the validity of the offer letter.
Research experience of at least 3 years as evidenced by a publication in peer review journal other than MSc project work, in the relevant area is required.
Desirable: As the work includes animal tissue culture and animal tumor models, prior experience with animal cell culture and animal handling is desirable.
