Department of Posts invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant

Essential Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Essential Work Experience: The candidates will be required to furnish Basic Computer Training Certificate from a recognized computer training institute before issuance of appointment letter.

Postman

Essential Qualification:

  1. 12th standard pass from a recognized Board.
  2. Knowledge of Local Language (i.e. Hindi). The candidate should have studied local language (i.e. Hindi) at least upto 10th standard.

Essential Work Experience: The candidates will be required to furnish certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized Computer training institute before issuance of appointment letter.

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

Essential Qualification:

  1. 10th standard pass from a recognized Board.
  2. Knowledge of Local Language (i.e. Hindi). The candidate should have studied local language (i.e. Hindi) at least upto 10th standard.
